Order Processing & Delivery Schedule

To ensure timely delivery, please take note of our order processing cut-off times:

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM.
  Orders received after 10:00 AM on Saturday will be processed and delivered on Monday.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM.
  Orders received after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that orders placed after the respective cut-off times will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

Return Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and with the original tags attached.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days to initiate the process.
